Founded in the year 1997 in Halol Industrial Estate, a fast growing industrial hub of Gujarat ,R K.Machines Pvt. Ltd. (RKM) has started its operations as a spares manufacturing unit in a small piece of land with a handful of workforce. Over the years, it has not only increased its reach across the world but has moved from an only spares manufacturing unit to a turnkey solution provider providing fully computerized pellet plants for feed and bio-fuel industry. The industry solutions of RKM include animal feed industry viz poultry, fish, aqua, cattle; bio-fuel industry viz pelleting of wood, bio-mass, saw-dust, Bagasse; chemical to name a few. This has been made possible by the relentless efforts of our strong team of over 300 members which also includes our on the panel vertical specialists, project managers and senior industry experts thus enabling RKM to expand its reach and expertise year on year.

Chrome Steel Pellet Dies
We also have with us CNC based Gun-drilling machines that allow us to carry out high precision drilling operation for manufacturing of Chrome Steel Dies in India. We are capable of drilling die ranging from 1.4mm - 12mm holes of various diameters. These are offered under the name of D CHROMETM and G CARB dies.
